There is No Map boasts a new direction for Sam Morrow. At times outwardly exploring and at times introspective, it inhabits the same space as torchbearers such as Jason Isbell, Hayes Carll and Sturgill Simpson. More ambitious in sound than any of his previous recordings, There Is No Map will be released via Forty Below Records.
Whereas Ephemeral was written amidst a fog of lingering depression and addiction, Morrow’s turn with There Is No Map is a wide-eyed journey through the past, careening into the future.
